JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Market Manager position (MM) is responsible for the Long Tail or Non-Core hotels in their portfolio (normally in the same region). LT hotels are defined as hotels that did not produce more than 26k EUR in year 2023.- Main responsibility is optimizing the volumes into a large portfolio of hotels. Due to this fact, interaction with hotels must be done in the most automated, self-service and digital way.- Average portfolios are within 600 hotels per MM.- MM role reports to the Regional Market Manager. They are divided into geographical areas (preferably knowing the local language), and/or hotel chains.- MMs develop and establish relationships with suppliers, strategically manages inventory (mainly competitiveness, availability and marketing campaigns)- The main responsibility is to get the best contracting conditions and maximize benefits.- MMs must facilitate hotels the interaction with our platform (aiming Self-serve): to load contracts, manage inventory, rate plans, update contents, and an overall any interaction.
