JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Job Description**:
The CTS Lead must be a proven technologist who can adapt and respond to the ever-changing demands in technical sales excellence. This position requires securing customer loyalty, forging strong relationships with external business partners, and overseeing the optimization of the API/XML clients. The CTS is also responsible for directly managing clients, supporting the frontline with mapping and product display, and coordinating and reporting results of the rest of the areas.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the CTS team of FTEs and a Technical Account Manager- Monitor and report key performance metrics that reflect client operational status and turnover- Work closely with direct sales to position and sell the company services and solutions - including conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and follow up on all customer-related technical requirements.- Maximize product distribution from a technical perspective.- Act as the technical point of contact for business partners to help facilitate communication with clients.- Proactively collaborate and communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information, business needs, and functional requirements.- Lead all technical activities relating to customer integrations.- Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer cases.- Verify KPIs targets are met at the highest quality.- Analyze client performance and identify the optimization path moving forward- Develop scripts to automate, monitor, alert, and report on the production environment.

**Required Skills**:
- Advanced understanding of technical logic, component of any client integrations- Ability to use monitoring tools and ease of learning multiple tools to support daily work- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset- Strong ability to understand business plans (commercial area) and their technical implications- Good communication skills / interpersonal skills (exposure to a vast pool of stakeholders including top management) / Proactive attitude and social skills.
