David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard Finnish speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely in Spain.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote, Spain

Employment type: Part-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a brand ambassador for a high-end healthcare & hygiene company
- Solve complex technical enquiries for all products within the Client's range
- Work closely with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a competent and professional manner
- Process all Client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges
- Support new sales opportunities and provide insight and feedback to improve the customer experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Finnish, both oral and written (C2 level). Fluent in English
- Knowledge of another Nordic language will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience working in sales
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasise and drive the problem to solution
- Positive, enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Strong listening skills and empathy & tact for sensitive matters
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
