**DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO**
Estamos buscando un Gerente de Ventas Internas dinámico y altamente organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo en nuestra sede en Gandía, España. Este papel fundamental actuará como intermediario entre nuestro equipo Comercial en EE. UU. y nuestro equipo Técnico en España. El Gerente de Ventas Internas desempeñará un papel crucial en la generación de documentación técnica y comercial (es decir, cotizaciones, presentaciones...), gestión de logística y supervisión de proyectos de bajo costo.

**RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE**
- **Comunicación Intermediaria.** Actuar como un enlace vital entre el equipo Comercial en América del Norte y el equipo Técnico en España. Facilitar una comunicación y colaboración fluida para asegurar un intercambio de información preciso y una coordinación efectiva.
- **Generación de Cotizaciones.** Colaborar con expertos técnicos para recopilar y analizar información para la creación de cotizaciones técnicas y comerciales precisas y competitivas. Asegurar que las cotizaciones satisfagan las necesidades del cliente y cumplan con los estándares de la empresa.
- **Gestión de Logística.** Supervisar el proceso logístico para el envío de piezas desde España a clientes en América del Norte. Coordinar envíos, monitorear cronogramas de entrega y abordar cualquier desafío relacionado con la logística.
- **Gestión de Proyectos.** Asumir responsabilidades de gestión de proyectos para proyectos de bajo costo, incluyendo planificación del proyecto, asignación de recursos y ejecución. Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y dentro del alcance.
- **Compromiso con el Cliente.** Interactuar con los clientes para atender consultas, proporcionar información sobre productos y ayudar a resolver cualquier problema o inquietud. Fomentar relaciones sólidas para apoyar la satisfacción del cliente y el crecimiento del negocio.

**CALIFICACIONES**
- Título universitario en negocios, ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- Se prefiere experiência en soporte de ventas, documentación técnica o gestión de proyectos.

- Capacidad para participar en discusiones técnicas sobre temas de hardware y software.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas con una atención meticulosa a los detalles.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un entorno de equipo.
- Automotivado y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente.

**CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS**
- Conocimiento de soluciones de visión y robótica en el sector automotriz.
- Experiência con procesos logísticos y coordinación de envíos.
- Experiência en atención al cliente en un rol de ventas o soporte.
