At Autofleet we support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.

The Autofleet Business Development Manager, will own and be responsible for the success of our SaaS solutions in the region, achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.

**What You’ll do**:

- Achieve sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis by developing and executing a territory sales plan by driving the entire sales cycle and engaging with prospects and customers across the Spanish Market
- Translate corporate growth goals into an actionable territory sales plan
- Build, develop, maintain and report a healthy pipeline to deliver revenue targets and close new logos
- Drive strategic efforts around awareness, lead generation, and deal conversion, including events, content marketing, and engagement with target prospects like ride-sharing operators, taxi operators, last-mile delivery, OEMs, and other fleet owners/operators
- Build a comprehensive and actionable lead list and a clear strategy for approaching the identified leads
- Lead the process for submission of Scope of Work documents for potential clients
- Practice strong sales process management and drive opportunity closure
- Lead ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
- Build, manage, and report a strong pipeline through forecasting cadence and CRM tools
- Present and demo Autofleet’s platform to clients and prospects
- Travel to prospective locations as necessary to pursue highly qualified opportunities

**What You’ll Need**:

- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying SaaS solution sales roles in Europe with a strong network in the territory; experience in the mobility industry will be an advantage
- A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and €1m+ quota achievement
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, **Bonus
- one or more EU language**:

- Ability to demonstrate results from own pipeline generation
- Tenacity and grit to close deals as forecasted
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Technically adept, and experienced with web technologies and sales tools (CRM, etc)
- Proactive, independent thinking with high energy/positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability and willingness to travel to corporate customer sites
