**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Brand & Customer Manager for a new innovative medical device related to postpartum hemorrhage about to be launched with Organon in Spain for the first time So, this will be a unique opportunity for you as our new:
**Brand and Customer Manager**

This role is based in Madrid (hybrid).

**Purpose of the role**

As we incorporate drugs, medical devices, or solutions to our broad Portfolio, both new business development deals and our pipeline, we will need marketers to lead the strategy to make Organon a distinctive partner in women’s health by delivering impactful medicines and solutions.

**Main responsibilities**
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of and ability to manage a product and a multi-product, working closely with other marketers with shared audiences by assessing portfolio performance and developing strategies to maximize the Portfolio rather than individual products or services.
- Demonstrate the ability to determine the right part of the Portfolio to serve account/customer needs and interests.
- Contribute to the transversal strategy of the business unit and Organon with a focus on creating robust value propositions to gain access and differentiate from competitors.
- Co-create innovative business plans and strategic projects to ensure engagement of key accounts and to become a preferred partner in this sector, together with other marketers and Business Units.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the trends in a specific environment, being in the key social media, Forum, Societiesand different sources for information.
- Collaborate with various functions, including Operational Excellence, Business Development, Finance, and other areas, to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans.

**Your profile**
- University degree, MBA / Postgraduate highly valued.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Market Access.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Management.
- Experience with Account Management and business & financial acumen.
- Communications Management.
- Analytical skills to synthesize local insights as input to the Account Business Plan.
- Strong customer management and customer engagement skills.
- Proactivity in the pursuit of ideas and their transformation into innovations of proven economic value
- Cross-functional skills to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation.
- Drive and Commitment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
