About the Role

Grupo Smartrental is seeking a highly skilled Brand and Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for upholding and managing the integrity of our brand portfolio, ensuring that all communications and materials reflect our tone of voice and adhere to established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Guardian: Develop and implement strategies to maintain the consistency and integrity of our brand across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Creation and Development: Work on briefs to develop new brands or evolve existing ones based on business needs, market opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Material Coordination: Oversee the creation and distribution of all brand-related materials, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and tone of voice.
  • Strategic Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking to analyze competitors, industry trends, and market shifts, and use these insights to refine and adjust our brand strategies.
  • Brand Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies across all channels and touchpoints.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
  • High proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1/C2 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice.
  • Proficiency in using brand management and marketing tools.
