Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding and managing the integrity of our brand portfolio, ensuring that all communications and materials reflect the brand's tone of voice and adhere to established brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Guardian: Uphold and manage the integrity of Grupo Smartrental's brand portfolio, ensuring that all communications and materials reflect the brand's tone of voice and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Regularly review and update brand guidelines to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with the brand's evolution and market trends.
- Brand Creation and Development: Work on briefs to develop new brands or evolve existing ones based on business needs, market opportunities, and customer insights.
- Lead the end-to-end process of brand creation, from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand's success.
- Material Coordination: Funnel all material requests to the design and copywriting teams, ensuring that all outputs maintain the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and overall strategic direction.
- Act as the central point of contact for brand-related queries, ensuring all materials are on-brand and support the business's strategic goals.
- Strategic Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking to analyze competitors, industry trends, and market shifts.
- Use these insights to refine and adjust brand strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations based on benchmarks and performance data to senior management.
- Brand Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the marketing, revenue, and operations teams to implement brand strategies across all channels and touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms, including digital, print, and in-person experiences.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective brand strategies.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure cohesive brand communication and execution.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
- High proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1/C2 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice.
