About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Strategy Manager to join our SmartRental team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Guardian: Ensure the integrity of our brand portfolio by upholding brand guidelines and tone of voice across all communications and materials.
  2. Brand Creation and Development: Develop new brands or evolve existing ones based on business needs, market opportunities, and customer insights.
  3. Material Coordination: Manage material requests to design and copywriting teams, ensuring all outputs maintain brand tone of voice and visual identity.
  4. Strategic Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking to analyze competitors, industry trends, and market shifts, refining brand strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Brand Strategy Implementation: Work with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to implement brand strategies across all channels and touchpoints.
  6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective brand strategies.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
  2. Language Skills: High proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1/C2 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
