Service Delivery Intern- Energy

**Role overview**:
We're looking for a full-time Service Delivery Intern to provide the best user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed our customer demands. You will be joining the Product team, working hand in hand with the Service Delivery Lead.
As a Service Delivery Intern you will provide high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.
**Your Challenge**:
- Assist in the management of all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all product/technical, quality and business targets are met
- Client’s projects
- R&D projects (i.e Horizon 2020)
- Carry out daily project related activities including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination with teams across the business.
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements
- Identifying, analyzing, and addressing project risks and business outcomes, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.
- Establish and maintain weekly reporting, by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal workshops, etc.
**Must-haves**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (B. S., M.S.) in Energy Markets/Engineering/Sustainability or relevant field
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box
- Customer-oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills.
- Very fluent in English
**Nice-to-have**:
- Fluent in other European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc)
- Master's degree related to renewable energy.
- Knowledge of agile/scrum process and principles.
