Como Sales Manager serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de ventas estratégicas para ampliar nuestra base de clientes y aumentar las ventas del producto. Desempeñarás un papel clave en la **creación y el mantenimiento de distribuidores, mayoristas, minoristas y otros socios del sector Alimentación**

**RESPONSABILIDADES ESTRATÉGICAS**

Responsable de lograr un **crecimiento sostenible** y rentable con cuentas clave seleccionadas y cuentas locales aprovechando las competencias de la compañía.

Impulsar oportunidades de negocio sostenibles que contribuyan al éxito de nuestros clientes y nos diferencien de nuestros competidores.

Proporcionar **asistencia técnica y desarrollo de productos**, así como propuestas de valor específicas para el mercado pertinente y los clientes estratégicos.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**

i. Desarrollo de la **estrategia **de ventas: Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de ventas integral alineada con las metas y objetivos de la empresa.

ii. Análisis del mercado: Investigar y analizar las tendencias del mercado, las necesidades de los clientes y las actividades de la competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.

iii. Gestión de las relaciones con los clientes: Cultivar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales y potenciales, garantizando que se satisfagan y superen sus necesidades.

iv. **Desarrollo de nuevos negocios**: Identificar y buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, incluida la expansión a nuevos mercados y segmentos de clientes.

v. Conocimiento del producto**:Profundo conocimiento de producto **para comunicar eficazmente sus características y beneficios a los clientes.

vi. Previsión de ventas**: Desarrollar previsiones de ventas** y presupuestos, y supervisar el rendimiento con respecto a los objetivos.

vii. Negociación de contratos: Negociar contratos, precios y condiciones con los clientes, garantizando acuerdos mutuamente beneficiosos.

viii. Informes y análisis: Preparar informes y análisis de ventas periódicos para hacer un seguimiento de los resultados y ofrecer recomendaciones de mejora.

ix. Ferias y eventos: Representar a la empresa en ferias, exposiciones y eventos del sector para promocionar nuestros productos y establecer contactos con socios potenciales.

x. Mercados a trabajar**:España & Portugal, Francia y Centro Europa.**

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing o un campo relacionado es un plus.

Experiência demostrada como **responsable de ventas y gestión de cuentas en el sector de la alimentación y las bebidas**. Al menos 5 años de experiência.

Sólido historial de consecución y superación de objetivos de ventas.

Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.

Dominio de programas informáticos de ventas y sistemas CRM.

Experiência en ventas técnicas de producto de la compañía.

Dominio del español y del inglés.

Preferiblemente si también existe un dominio de francés y/o portugués.

Muy buen nível en sistemas ofimáticos Microsoft.
