We are now looking for a VP Sales Enterprise who will push Ericsson private network solutions directly to Enterprises and will work with our existing Operator Accounts to support and develop their Enterprise Business in Private Networks.

Through critical thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson.

This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital. You will need to act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful

**What you will do**:

- Generate profitability sales and develop long term business
- Improve customer relationship and build dedication
- Ensure quality and profitability in delivery
- Lead and develop a stellar sales team

**You will bring**:

- University degree in ICT/Engineering or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years of relationship sales experience.
- At least 5 years of experience from Enterprise/B2B segment.
- Extensive experience in Enterprise/B2B sales for ICT solutions including HW, SW and Services. Experience selling communication networks.
- Solid experience in channel management and B2B indirect sales.
- Proven track record of successful solution selling in Industrial sectors such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Transportation etc.
- Experience in creating new routes to market through partnerships, joint-ventures, new startups, while delivering profitable growth.
- Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.
- Need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills.
- Proficient English and Spanish.
