Enterprise Sales Manager

An AWS Central Sales Manager will excel at leading a team and fostering their growth both in terms of performance management and enhancement.
You will recruit and nurture top talent, equipping them with the necessary resources, industry knowledge, and strategic guidance to drive continuous improvement.
Your team will comprise of CSR Account Executives, tasked with expanding the use of cloud technologies in Benelux Mid-Enterprise. Through collaboration with partners, they will identify new business prospects and work towards boosting customer success.
Leveraging their background in sales and technology, your team will enhance interactions at the CXO level, as well as with Software Developers, IT architects, and partners.
Your team will oversee the entire new business lifecycle, from prospecting to closure and implementation, while executing a territory scaling strategy to meet revenue targets. Do you have the foresight to anticipate customer needs and a passion for leveraging technology to address business challenges with significant outcomes?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in AWS technology sales, business development, or new business initiatives within the tech sector
- Background in handling intricate IT solutions
- Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing and leading successful sales teams
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with partners for scaling efforts
- Strong communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English and French
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- Training or certification as an AWS Solutions Architect
