Important empresa del VAllès precisa incorporar HR ASSISTANT reportant directament al HR MANAGER Les seves funcions es centraran en gestionar les funcions administratives del Departament de Recursos Humans, tant a l'área d'Administració de personal gestionant les liquidacions de despeses de viatges dels empleats, coordinant i gestionant els registres horaris, compres del Departament de RRHH i Coordinació d'activitats empresarials amb els proveïdors. Les tasques a desenvolupar serien les següents: - Gestionar i verificar la documentació de les liquidacions rebudes i gestionar el procés fins al pagament de les mateixes. - Manteniment de sistema de control de presència, gestionant la informació de registres de fitxatges dels empleats per tal que estiguin actualitzats. - Donar suport a l'usuari intern a la resolució d'incidències de control de presència. - Gestionar les sol-licituds de compres corresponents al Dte. RRHH incloent la comunicació amb el proveïdor i el posterior seguiment fins al procés de facturació Es requereix Professional amb formació universitària en Relacions Laborals amb bona capacitat de gestió, organitzat, metòdic i analític, habituat a treballar amb qualitat i en equip, a més de posseir iniciativa i ser complidor amb els compromisos adquirits a les seves responsabilitats. Domini de l'ofimàtica a nívell d'usuari, entorn Windows i coneixements de SAP. Coneixement d'anglès molt valorable. Horari: 09-13:30/14:30-18:00 h.
