QMENTA’s cloud software platform and AI-enabled algorithms enable our customers to compliantly collect, process and derive insights from large scale neurology data and brain images, faster, at higher quality and at lower cost.

Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a **HR Intern** to support the HR department with their day-to-day functions.

**This position is for students who are currently doing official Bachelor or master's studies and whose institution allows them to carry out curricular or extracurricular internship. If it is your case, continue reading because this position is for you**.

You will do:

- Helping with the Onboarding planning for new employees of the company.
- Updating new HR Policies.
- Responsible for compliance-oriented policies in our Quality Management System.
- Maintaining Office equipment: stock control.
- Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning services, and utilities from the office.
- Support and organization of Team Buildings and social activities, contact providers, negotiate the budget, and send invitations to the employees
- Drafting and study of the work environment survey quarterly. Presenting the results to the HR manager, help with the study of the results and create new actions in areas of need.
- Suuport of the annual training plan; sending the survey to detect training needs, contact providers, and adjust training activities to budget.
- Responsible for the health and safety management in the workplace.
- Be part of the hiring process, making sure that managers follow the necessary steps for their hiring needs.

Skills and requirements:

- To be a student of Bachelor’s or advanced Degree in Business Administration or Business Management. Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (both in Spanish and English)
- Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- People oriented and results driven
- Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GSuite, Zoom)
- Team player and Multi-tasker
- Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Able to keep confidentiality
- Self-taught and Autonomous

**Only CVs in English will be taken into consideration. Only students whose academic school allows to do an internship agreement will be considered.**
