SCIB/Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas **is looking for a **Cash Nexus CS&S Analyst, **based in our Madrid office.**

**Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas (SBGM) **is a public limited company wholly owned by Banco Santander and is part of the Santander Corporate & Investment Banking Division. It is focused on the execution of specialized processes and corporate projects in Global Businesses: Markets, Financing, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Risks, General Intervention, etc.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Cash Nexus CS&S you will provide support to Global Customers in the different products offered by Cash Nexus (Global payments, global statements and reports and online Nexus Portal), stablishing a close team relationship with more than 18 geographies in which have presence and coverage with different local teams.

We need someone like you to help us in different action lines:

- On the BAU activities, solve operational issues related to the Nexus products working altogether with Local Teams, IT & Business (Product & Sales Teams)
- On the client service activities, to duly manage a client portfolio focused in the Cash Nexus products, providing after-sales service to the customers with highest standards of quality and reinforcing our relationship being the single point of contact globally. Full exposition to multinationals clients with deep technical & operational knowledge
- On the technical activities, maintenance and creating process ETL and dynamic statistical reports

EXPERIENCE
- No experience in banking is required but appreciated.
- XML file analysis & connectivity knowledge is appreciated.
- Experiencie with Excel, BBDD and VBA
- Robotization knowledge is appreciated

EDUCATION
- Degree in Economics, ADE, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills. Customer centric & communication skilled.
- Teamwork and proactive skills.
- Analytical capabilities and control oriented
- Business and Corporate analytics skills would be appreciated.
- Fluent in English
- High level in Excel and VBA
- Strong kowledge in BBDD
