SBGM está buscando un/a ACCOUNT MANAGER para el equipo de CONFIRMING SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT TEAM - BUSINESS SUPPORT (T&WCS) para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte (MADRID).

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO


Como
ACCOUNT MANAGER del CONFIRMING SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT TEAM en BUSINESS SUPPORT tu objetivo será ampliar el negocio de Confirming (Supply Chain Finance Programs) ofreciendo el producto a los muchos proveedores de nuestros clientes.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude y apoye en distintos ámbitos:

  • Presentar, explicar y describir el producto de Confirming y sus ventajas a los proveedores.
  • Organizar y dirigir webinars con proveedores para presentarles las características del Confirming y sus beneficios.
  • Apoyar, coordinar y guiar a los proveedores en el proceso de onboarding E2E, y resolver las posibles incidencias/dudas que le surjan durante ese proceso.
  • Mejorar la experiência de servicio de los proveedores y comprometerlos con nuestro producto.
  • Realizar un seguimiento del uso del confirming por parte de los proveedores, investigar, comprender, impulsar y mejorar la experiência de servicio de estos.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de los problemas de los proveedores y seguirlos hasta su completa resolución.
  • Colaborar con el Front Office en la estrategia de incorporación de nuevos proveedores en los distintos programas, proponer, conectar e identificar oportunidades.
  • Mantener un flujo de trabajo organizado en función de las prioridades (organizarse eficazmente, hacer un seguimiento, dominar su día a día).

EXPERIENCIA

  • Al menos cuatro años de experiência en el sector financiero.
  • Experiência en un entorno comercial y acostumbrado a trabajar con objetivos de ventas.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en finanzas, especialmente en productos de Working Capital

EDUCACIÓN
Licenciado en Económicas, ADE o similar

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Experiência en herramientas CRM (Salesforce o similar).
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y contacto con clientes. Acostumbrado a tratar con clientes externos (empresas).
  • Dominio de los siguientes idiomas
    :Inglés C2 ,
    Español C2 , muy valorable otros idiomas.
  • Conocimientos de MS Office. Buen manejo de Excel.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar y dirigir reuniones presenciales con proveedores y/o clientes.
