As part of a major data transformation, we are recruiting for a Customer Data Lead, EMEA (Europe, Middle East + Africa). This position is located in either High Wycombe, UK, or Zug, Switzerland and may require up to 5% domestic and/or international travel.
This new role sits within the J+J E2E (End to End) Data Excellence team. This team's mission is to deploy fit for use data and analytics solutions to answer key business questions that unlock growth. Consumer and customer centricity, speed and agility are crucial to our ways of working. We connect across the business, working with Marketing, Customer + Sales, Supply Chain, R+D, Finance and IT to serve markets with data and analytics that help them to better serve our customers and consumers.
The Customer Data Lead is an exciting new role that owns the responsibility to align Customer data priorities across the Region and to drive the successful execution of these. The role requires strong commercial skills, project management and data management experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the coordination of key business partners globally, regionally and locally, to understand and align the digital roadmap priorities, to formalise the Customer Data Roadmap for EMEA
- Strong project management of numerous initiatives with diverse teams and high personal accountability. Management of project communication, interdependencies, tracking and issue resolution.
- Lead the prioritization of new data ingestion pipeline, working cross functionally to aggregate and align, in collaboration with Global Customer Lead and IT.
- Lead the identification of data governance requirements, partnering with Customer Master data teams to improve the data governance
- Establish Customer Data critical metrics, together with Global Customer Data Lead and Master Data team, and lead the Regional measurement, tracking and remediation of these.
- Partner with Digital and Data leads in communication and organisational change to drive adoption of key Customer Data solutions and lead strategies to increase engagement and adoption.
**Qualifications**
**Skills / Competencies**:
- 5 years of experience in Commercial / Customer facing Supply Chain roles
- Extensive hands on experience in managing customer data for analysis and decision making
- Project management of projects in a multi geographic, multi functional, fast paced environment
- Strong commercial competence; fast learning skills
- Positive relationship building, influencing & collaborative skills
- Ability to drive own agenda, work independently with an entrepreneurial mentality; multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clearly and effectively communicating and present recommendations to both senior leaders and peers.
- High proficiency in English is required
