Dragons Group is a specialised digital advertising agency, whose mission is to support our clients advertising needs by providing integrated solutions across all things content.

We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of TV production projects.
- Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Proactively address client concerns, provide updates, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project milestones and set achievable targets for each phase of the TV production process.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and information to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, taking prompt action to address and resolve issues.

3. Budget Management:

- Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated financial limits.
- Provide cost estimates for client proposals, ensuring they align with project scope and requirements.

4. Production Oversight:

- Leverage your experience in TV production to provide valuable insights and direction to the production team.
- Ensure that the creative vision aligns with the client's expectations and that the final output meets quality standards.

5. Communication and Reporting:

- Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and clients, providing updates on project milestones, challenges, and successes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.

6. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and obstacles during the course of the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
- Proactively anticipate and address any issues that may arise, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
- Proven experience (X years) as an Account Manager or Project Manager in a creative agency environment, specifically working on TV production projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, creative teams, and production staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex projects with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and software to facilitate efficient planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of TV production processes, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production stages.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
- A passion for the creative industry and an understanding of current market trends.
