The role involves leveraging an existing SNOW PPM tool to support portfolio operations, respond to new requests, and develop custom dashboards for enhanced visibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Portfolio Operations: Oversee the daily management of the project portfolio, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Snow Utilization: Effectively use the implemented SNOW PPM tool for project tracking, resource management, and performance monitoring. Handle any new requests related to its configuration or functionality.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain custom dashboards within SNOW to provide real-time insights into project and portfolio performance for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Project Prioritization: Regularly review and adjust project priorities in response to business needs, resource availability, and organizational constraints.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Use SNOW PPM to monitor project progress, generate reports, and track KPIs related to portfolio health.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address risks within the portfolio, using data from SNOW to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, department leads, and other stakeholders to align resources, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure all projects follow governance standards and methodologies using SNOW to uphold consistency and quality.

Requirements: Proven experience in managing portfolios, with a focus on operational efficiency, project prioritization, and resource management. Familiarity with SNOW PPM, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects dynamically based on business needs.
