**Here’s what you’ll do**:
- ** Project Planning and Management**: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate team members, and manage project timelines and budgets
- **Team Leadership**: Lead project teams, provide direction and support managers within the organisation with interdepartmental projects
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee project quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards
- **Support and Training**: Support team members’ professional development and ensure we have training systems to support the leadership team
- **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates
- **Supervision**: Act as an internal consultant for projects across the organisation, ensuring best practice in projects managed by other stakeholders
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- **Documentation**: Maintain relevant project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
**Job requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management and working in Agile environments
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Excel/Google Sheets & Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Certifications in Project Management and/or Agile methodology are a plus
**Conditions**
- Full-time freelance working agreement, 40 hours per week
- Flexible working hours with a Monday to Friday schedule
- Full remote position, with the possibility to come to our office in Barcelona if you want to
