**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Leadership**:
- Lead and oversee architectural projects, ensuring alignment with HYKAL's commitment to excellence and sustainability.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project success.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that architectural projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and HYKAL's commitment to innovation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and maintain high-quality standards.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to architects and other professionals.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in architecture, demonstrating a successful project delivery track record.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in architecture.
- European experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
