We are an American company, looking for an experienced **Field Sales Lead**, who will help us with running and managing our field marketing activities on the ground in Madrid (i.e. in shopping malls).

Skills needed:

- Proactiveness and motivation;
- Experience in managing people;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Born negotiator and sales person;
- Not afraid of leading by example;
**Requirements**:

- Native Spanish speaker;
- Fluent in English;
- +5 years, proven experience in Field Sales;
- Open for short-term travel;
- Based in Madrid.

What will be included in your duties:

- Daily motivating and supporting the Field Sales team by leading the operations in thepoint of sales;
- Hiring the Field Sales team;
- Training the Field Sales team;
- Develop strong relationship with customer and prospects;
- Define responsibilities and objectives for the Field Sales team in order to maximizesales in the country;
- Directly overseeing multiple locations across Madrid / Spain
