**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Un perfil que pueda establecer relaciones y fidelizar los diferentes canales de distribución retail en el mercado alimenticio en los mercados europeos (UK, BENELUX y Alemania) para ayudar a la venta de semillas de Fitó y al desarrollo del proyecto FOODTURE. **La persona podrá estar ubicada tanto en Barcelona como en Almería.**

**Otras funciones y tareas destacadas**:

- Conocer el mercado profundamente en los lugares targets o en los que se opera
- Conectar las empresas productoras con canales de distribución
- Establecer relaciones consolidadas y de valor con el canal
- Conectar con jefes de ventas, responsables de export e import
- Anticiparse al canal y dar respuesta al canal en sus necesidades con perspectiva cliente final
- Ayudará los Brand managers a implementar los RTM (route to market) con los distribuidores y mayoristas
- Construir relaciones fuertes y beneficiosas para/con nuestros partners y distribuidores.
- Negociación directa con cadenas para desarrollar nuestras categorías.
- Ayudar a la ejecución de campañas de promoción en supermercados

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Formación superior (imprescindible). Postgrado y/o Master serán valorables
- Inglés C1 Imprescindible. Otras lenguas serán valorables
- Experiência en puesto similar (Channel Responsible) o equivalente en entorno global/multinacional. Persona orientada a ventas (no encajará una persona que venga de “compras”)
- Buscamos a una persona con visión de desarrollo de negocio
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país
