Descripción del puesto
Su misión será Diseñar, desarrollar, negociar e implementar planes de cuenta exitosos y rentables en los clientes asignados, acordes con las estrategias del departamento y la empresa.

Funciones
- Elaborar los Planes de Cuentas con la colaboración del Director Comercial Retail, y hacer el seguimiento de los mismos.
- Analizar las implicaciones de cada insight en su cliente/canal/región, y asegurarse que la actividad es fiel a cada insight.
- Coordinar todas las acciones promocionales del cliente apoyando a los GPV.
- Conseguir los objetivos marcados por su dirección en cuanto a volumen/rentabilidad/distribución y visibilidad que representa su cuenta ( Plan Anual de Negocio).
- Verificar la óptima presencia de nuestros productos en las tiendas.
- Realizar visitas y reportes mensuales introduciendo nuevos productos de la Compañía y llevar a cabo promociones.
- Prospectar el mercado/clientes asignados y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Coordinar sus rutas reportando al Director Comercial Retail.
- Supervisar a los GPV en la gestión de los clientes y realizar visitas con ellos dando formación en campo.
- Definir los indicadores que son importantes en sus clientes y seguimiento.

Áreas de experiência especializada:

- Al menos 3 años de experiência comercial con cuentas clave y distribuidores en la zona de Cataluña
- Experiência en el sector de gran consumo y deseable en bebidas, vinos e ibéricos.
- Buen manejo de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Promociones y posicionamiento de marca.
- Experiência en ventas y relación directa con clientes.
- Estudios superiores
- Nível medio de Inglés.

Otros Requisitos:

- Residencia en Madrid o en Barcelona.
- Autonomía, disponibilidad para viajar y adaptabilidad a cambios e innovación.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones y realizar propuestas alternativas.
