**Descripción del Puesto**:
Como Key Account Manager (KAM) en el sector de telecomunicaciones, serás responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con nuestros clientes más importantes. Tu objetivo será asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, maximizar el valor de las cuentas existentes y buscar oportunidades de crecimiento.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Gestión de Cuentas Clave**:

- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y de confianza con clientes clave.
- Actuar como punto principal de contacto para todas las necesidades y consultas de los clientes.
- **Estrategia de Negocios**:

- Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos para cada cuenta, alineados con los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
- **Ventas y Negociaciones**:

- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de contratos.
- Negociar términos y condiciones de contratos, asegurando la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de las ofertas.
- **Coordinación Interna**:

- Colaborar con equipos internos técnico para asegurar la entrega de soluciones adecuadas a los clientes.
- Proporcionar feedback y perspectivas del cliente para influir en el desarrollo de productos y servicios.
- **Análisis y Reportes**:

- Realizar análisis periódicos de las cuentas para evaluar el rendimiento y detectar áreas de mejora.
- Preparar informes de progreso y presentaciones para la alta dirección y clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o campos relacionados. Un MBA es una ventaja.
- **Experiência**: Mínimo 5 años de experiência en gestión de cuentas clave, preferiblemente en el sector de telecomunicaciones o tecnología.
- **Habilidades**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Capacidad para construir relaciones a largo plazo con clientes.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas CRM y software de gestión de ventas.
