El Sales representative ideal es un profesional perseverante y enfocado, que se asociará con el equipo de marketing para alimentar nuestro embudo de ventas y calificar y atraer y captar a nuevos clientes potenciales.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Adquirir un profundo conocimiento en el ámbito del e-learning.
- Ejecutar campañas mediante la realización de llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y redes sociales.
- Aplicar técnicas de growth hacking en tu día a día en LinkedIn para llegar a un mayor número de leads.
- Analizar los leads y agendar reuniones.
- Comprender las necesidades de nuestros potenciales clientes y realizar reuniones de alto nível con el/la PRL Manager y/o HR Manager para exponer cómo les podemos ayudar.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para idear nuevas formas de optimizar el proceso de calificación y captación de clientes potenciales.
- Desarrollar una marca personal que te posicione como experto y que te permita acceder a más leads de calidad.
**¿Que te pedimos?**
- Poseer excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto habladas como escritas.
- Habilidad para construir una gran credibilidad en tus comunicaciones.
- Buena comprensión de la venta de soluciones B2B con un ciclo de ventas medio-largo.
- Ser una persona orientada a objetivos con carácter fuerte y perseverancia. Ser hambriento y ambicioso, pero ético.
- Capacidad para trabajar como colaborador individual, pero teniendo en cuenta que eres parte de un equipo.
- Poseer una mentalidad centrada en el cliente.
- Proactividad y capacidad de pensar fuera de la caja para generar ideas.
- Experiência en ventas B2B mínimo de 2 años. Captación va a ser el rol principal, por lo que tienes que tener una experiência y dominio.
- Autorización legal para trabajar en España.
