Actualmente estamos trabajando con una de las empresas líderes dentro del sector IT a nível mundial, con sede en más de 50 países.

Juntos estamos buscando un Ingeniero de monitoreo de OBM (Administrador técnico de aplicaciones / Ingeniero de plataforma) para colaborar con ellos en un gran proyecto.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Eres ideal para el puesto si eres experto en monitoreo, tienes conocimiento de OpenText (anteriormente MicroFocus), Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) y sabes cómo mantener, realizar LCM y construir sobre la plataforma de monitoreo que permite a los usuarios administrar de manera óptima sus entornos.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Gestionar los servicios de la plataforma IT4IT Administrar los servicios de aplicaciones de la organización. Asegurar que los servicios coincidan de manera óptima con las actividades de sus usuarios e integrarlos técnicamente con áreas adyacentes Trabajar junto con ingenieros de otros equipos para garantizar que los servicios satisfagan las necesidades y cumplan con los SLA acordados.
**Requisitos**:
¿Qué cosas nos encantaría ver en ti? +3 años de experiência en un rol de ingeniero/ desarrollador/ mantenimiento. Experiência laboral demostrable con OpenText (anteriormente MicroFocus) Operations Bridge Manager y, preferiblemente, también APM y/o BPM Grandes habilidades analíticas y buenas habilidades de comunicación. Varios años trabajando en el campo de la monitorización y te sientes como en casa en un entorno informático dinámico y complejo. Innovador y proactivo e interesado en las nuevas tecnologías de monitorización en el campo de la monitorización de la cadena. Un historial comprobado con DevOps trabajando en un equipo scrum.

¿Requisitos imprescindibles? Familiarizado con OpenText (anteriormente Micro Focus), OBM (incluido Operations Connector), APM, BPM y/o NNMi en un entorno de Windows Server. Responsable principalmente de la disponibilidad operativa y la gestión del ciclo de vida. Familiarizado con la creación de scripts y la grabación para la capacidad de monitoreo de transacciones sintéticas de BPM Familiarizado con los procesos de ITIL Inglés fluido.

¿Qué valoramos? Administrador de Aplicaciones Técnicas Familiarizado con Dynatrace Managed en un entorno mixto Windows/Linux Responsable principalmente de la disponibilidad operativa y la gestión del ciclo de vida

¿Qué ofrecemos? ⭐ Oficinas en Madrid y Barcelona. Modalidad de trabajo remoto 100% desde cualquier lugar de España. Proceso de selección ágil. 25 días de vacaciones + 1 de cumpleaños.
Al cumplir el trienio se añaden 5 días más de vacaciones, es decir, 31 día de vacaciones en total
