El equipo está compuesto por más de 65 personas, divididas en 5 departamentos: Técnico, Financiero, Customer Success, Marketing y ventas y People.
Trabajamos en que los equipos dispongan de una visión de negocio y visión transversal que les permita planificar a corto (mes a mes) y medio plazo (semestral). Somos exigentes con el nível de productividad y aporte a la empresa, necesitamos personas que quieran aportar con ideas frescas y rompedoras. Como decía Albert Einstein, Si buscas resultados distintos, no hagas siempre lo mismo : ). Por ello, los nuevos integrantes del equipo deben tener recursos para priorizar bien las tareas, adaptarse con entusiasmo al cambio y tener un compromiso con el negocio.
Tareas
Buscamos un Account Manager que nos ayude a retener y fidelizar a los clientes, así como a potenciar el negocio de los clientes incrementando sus ingresos y facturación con nosotros.

Capacidad para comunicarse de forma asertiva con diferentes perfiles de la empresa (CEO, técnicos, ATT de clientes, marketing )
Creativo, con capacidad de análisis y pensamiento estratégico, que le permita estudiar el mercado y proponer puntos de mejora.
**Requisitos**:
- Tienes dominio del español (el portugués es un plus).
- Valorable conocimientos de Intercom y Hubspot.
- Tener dominio ofreciendo soporte técnico a los clientes para resolver problemas y dudas relacionadas con el software.
- Empatiza con el cliente para detectar posibles causas y necesidades que pudieran generar conflicto en los clientes y proponer soluciones para prevenir y mejorar estas situaciones.
- Ser capaz de realizar seguimiento de los casos asignados, ayudar en el desarrollo de las cuentas de los clientes, asesorar y acompañar al cliente en el uso del software.
- Tienes skills para fidelizar y retener clientes, logrando la mayor satisfacción y experiência del cliente.
