Op het Decos hoofdkantoor, in Noordwijk, focussen we ons voornamelijk op het creëren van digitale oplossingen voor overheidsorganisaties. Oplossingen waardoor zij intern makkelijker kunnen samenwerken, oplossingen waardoor zij hun dienstverlening kunnen verbeteren en oplossingen die de communicatie tussen burger en gemeente makkelijker maken.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

een Customer Support Consultant die samen met een team van professionals de expert is waarop de talloze overheidsorganisaties en andere organisaties kunnen terugvallen. Met jouw kennis van onze oplossingen help en adviseer je de klant dagelijks om het beste uit onze systemen te halen en los je problemen op die zij ervaren. Dit los je niet op door te vragen of ze het systeem al eens opnieuw hebben opgestart, je hebt goede analytische vaardigheden nodig om erachter te komen waar het probleem ligt. Het kan natuurlijk voorkomen dat de puzzel te complex wordt voor jou Geen probleem, jij schakelt intern met Technisch Consultants en Developers om te ontdekken hoe jullie dit issue gaan oplossen. In de tussentijd zorg jij dat de klant op de hoogte is van de status zodat daar geen verwarring over kan ontstaan. Naast dat je de focus hebt op het troubleshooten van diverse problemen waar klanten zowel functioneel als technisch tegenaanlopen, adviseer je onze klanten proactief. Jij bent als geen ander op de hoogte wat er in de organisatie speelt; wanneer komt er een softwarerelease en welke veel voorkomende bugs spelen er waardoor onze software niet optimaal te gebruiken is. Deze informatie vertaal je proactief door naar de klanten zodat zij volledig op de hoogte zijn van alle zaken die er op dat moment spelen. Elke dag is het jouw doel om tevreden klanten te hebben. Jouw blik is niet alleen naar buiten gericht, ook intern kijk je continu met een kritische bril. Jij bent continu opzoek naar verbetering zodat onze eigen processen ook elke dag een beetje beter worden

**A DAY IN THE (HOME) OFFICE**

Jouw dag begint met het checken van Freshdesk, je bekijkt de binnengekomen tickets en zorgt dat je tickets voor de komende dag hebt ingepland. Op deze manier weet je precies waaraan je gaat werken en welke klanten je zal spreken. Daarnaast verzamel je tickets waarin vraagstukken staan waar je momenteel tegen aanloopt. Om 10 uur start je dagelijkse uurtje met Developers en Technisch Consultants, je wilt zo optimaal mogelijk gebruik kunnen maken van hun expertise zodat jij uiteindelijk de klant uitstekend kan ondersteunen. Na afloop van deze call ga je snel aan de slag met de nieuwe informatie die je hebt verkregen, hiermee verwacht je dat je het ticket nu wel kan oplossen.

Na je lunch heb je om 1 uur een afspraak met een klant om het issue te bekijken. Je kijkt met de gebruiker mee op hun omgeving om er zo achter te komen hoe je dit vraagstuk kan oplossen. Voorafgaand aan deze meeting probeer je het vraagstuk te reproduceren en schakel je eventueel met een Technisch Consultant om goed voorbereid in de meeting met de klant te gaan. Aansluitend op deze afspraak heb je een 1;1 sessie met je Product Owner, je doorloop
