**YOUR MISSION**

As the Sales Manager for Glovo's Ads team, you will play a crucial role in the Partner Ads team at Glovo HQ, driving the expansion plan and contributing to our global P&L. Your responsibility will be leading our Ads sales operations across 24 markets, developing our go to market strategy, and creating strong client relationships to accelerate top line revenue growth. Your role will also involve introducing product innovations to scale our operations, increasing our pool of advertisers and streamlining our sales tools and processes. Working across diverse clusters at the global HQ, you'll wear many hats and play a pivotal role in guiding and enabling our teams in all our markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive measurable business outcomes (OKRs) through initiatives that enhance advertiser adoption and retention.
- Lead the global Ads sales strategy & execution across 24 markets, driving initiatives across our Ads team to achieve our revenue targets.
- Build playbooks that clearly communicate the value of our newest Ads products, differentiating our offerings to maximize relevance across different advertiser segments.
- Build strong relationships with key advertisers and media owners, fostering partnerships and closing agreements that enhance revenue growth.
- Provide strategic guidance, training, and leadership to sales teams in all markets, fostering excellence in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key ads campaigns, from pre-sale research to campaign launch and optimisation
- Develop outbound sales pipelines and conversion funnels improving the sales processes and tooling for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Co-develop pitch materials and processes to enhance the scalability of our team and business.
- Spot opportunities to enhance performance and boost advertiser's investment through data analysis and monitoring market trends.
- Advocate for the customer, effectively communicating product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 7 years' experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
- Experience with sales of performance-based ads across various models.
- Familiarity with developing outbound sales processes, including establishing workflows and funnels.
