Sales Manager About the Opportunity OneCoWork is seeking a Sales Manager to help lead sales efforts in Barcelona. The Sales Manager will work directly with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth in Barcelona. The Sales Manager is responsible for attracting and executing deals with new customers, as well as maintaining close relationships with existing clients in order to maximize both new revenue growth as well as minimizing churn. You will have the ability to coach those around you into a successful sales mindset, and drive an organizational shift towards a sales closing mentality. You will need experience in sales and complex contract negotiations; preferably experience setting up sales teams from scratch; you will need to be a story-teller who can help potential clients understand the value OneCoWork brings; and you will need to be a true team player.
