**As a CSM, you will...**
- Build strong and long-term relationships in your assigned accounts, being one of the main points of contact for your clients.
- Onboard clients and provide training on all our game-based learning platform tools and possibilities, so they can be as autonomous as possible.
- Analyze data and customer behavior, provide internal strategic follow-ups, and establish periodic customer touch points.
- Deliver a service aligned with quality standards with the goal of assuring clients’ renewal and minimizing churn.
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities (up-sells and cross-sells) within your client portfolio.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, promoting customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Account Managers, as well as Product, IT, and Marketing teams to provide the optimal customer experience.
