You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer success cycle. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they maximize the use of our platform. Main functions Build strong customer relationships including proactive technical, commercial and value-driven advisory Value-driven sales execution for existing customers. Follow up on new renewals. Implement process improvements and create scalable programmes to drive customer success Embolden upsells and cross-sells Maximize Net Promoter Score Manage the Customer Success Team. Requirements : Experience/Skills Required Fluent English both in writing and speaking (C1 level) 5+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager or similar position 2 years of experience managing a team. Experience in the Renewable Energy Sector Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills with a can-do, will-do attitude. What do we offer?
