**Growth Operations Specialist at Polar Analytics**:
Hey there We're Polar Analytics, a fast-growing name in helping Shopify brands understand their business better. We're looking for a Growth Operations Specialist - that's a fancy name for someone who loves tech, is really good with data, and wants to help us grow bigger and faster.

As a crucial part of our nimble Growth team, your tech savvy and analytical wizardry will help us make thrives in the eCommerce world.

In this role, you will manage, maintain and optimize our existing operations, data flows, and automation systems. Your ability to troubleshoot, innovate and improve processes will directly contribute to our growth strategy.

As our Growth Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams. You'll use a variety of tools and systems like N8N, Hubspot, MongoDB, Metabase, and Snowflake to keep everything running smoothly.

If you're someone who loves learning new things, working with top players in their field, and enjoying variety in your work, this job is for you. You'll work on exciting growth projects with really innovative strategies that nobody has tried before. You'll be part of one of the most creative growth teams out there.

Every day you'll work on cool projects, always trying new things and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You'll have the freedom to experiment and start new projects to help Polar Analytics grow; always trying to think outside the box.

**What you'll be doing**:

- ** Maintaining Operational Excellence**: Ensure our processes, data, and automation systems function optimally to facilitate efficient operations for the Growth team. This includes troubleshooting, enhancements, and strategic future planning.
- ** Facilitating Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align our growth initiatives. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be crucial to realizing our growth plans.
- ** Leveraging Data for Insights**: Use your analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable insights. Regularly collect, process, and analyze data, sharing your findings to inform strategic decision-making.
- Possess technical proficiency and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Have experience with no-code tools (N8N, Zapier, Integromat & others).
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills.
- Be adept at utilizing APIs and technical documents.
- Have Python & JavaScript knowledge for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Have experience with CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge is a plus).
- Showcase exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action.
- Thrive on solving business and marketing challenges.
- Exhibit strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams.
- Communicate effectively, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making capabilities, in addition to collaborative skills.
- Understand growth metrics and performance indicators.
- Be adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

- PS: Prior experience in a similar role or in the eCommerce industry can be a big plus._
