**Your mission**:
This role is responsible for supporting the Cluster Supply Chain team with general customer service administration, order management and order fulfilment and execution support.

Key duties include field supply chain communication with different customers and tasks coordination at national and state levels as well as supporting field SC training programs. It will require a collaboration with all departments supporting SC in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Order Management & Order Fulfilment: perform order check and validation, as well as manage order capture, changes, closings, returns and cancellations. Optimize and create filler orders
- Handle Block orders
- Perform stock check and confirm quantities with SP
- Create and maintain logistics code and physical logistics characteristics and optimize logistics
- Share internal logistics sheet per customer and SKU
- Create final delivery details and confirm in the system
- Reporting: generate/create/send report
- Contacting customer to find a solution and adjust communication in line with business content to find most efficient solution for complex requirements

Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?:_**
- At least, 1 year experience within customer order management role
- Profieciency in Spanish
- Good level of English
- Excellent analytical skills and numerical abilities
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory
- Able to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Results oriented
