Your mission:_**
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements according to PepsiCo Financial Policies, Local stautory rules and PGCS model.
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Ensure the accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP as well as Pepsico’s policies and guidelines, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency in all accounting information
- Preparation of the PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM, and other reporting requirements from Region/Sector reporting team
- Perfom monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation in coordination with supply team. Generate and analyze on a monthly basis the most relevant KPIs: Volume, Cost Cause of Change, Mix Effect
- Document and analyze standard and transfer prices for beverages business in accordance to tax guidance
- Perfom analysis of different PL against previous year or forecast and explaining the main drivers of the differences. Perform Operating Cash Flow analysis versus previous year and forecast
- Balance Sheet Review: drive reviews, reconciliation process, analysis, identifying risks and opportunities on BS.
- Support Auditors and Audit reviews: provide full transactions clarification and documentation as required. Elaboration of local statutory accounts
- Manage Key Controls related to Financial Reporting and inventory to cogs processes and ensure completeness of the controls
- Support compliance with Spanish and local legal and tax requirements
Qualifications:
**_ What will you need to succeed?:_**
- 1-2 years in Control / Audit / Financial department experience desirable
- Qualified with Business Administration, Economics or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel
- Good knowledge of SAP and HFM is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local accounting is needed and US GAAP is preferred
- Analytical skills and able to focus on the details and accuracy of the reporting data
- Ability to make decisions within short timeframes and under pressure
