**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Ref. 11.396)**:
HORECA

**Seleccionamos**:
Buscamos a una persona con un perfil profesional que pueda gestionar los medios que la compañía ponga a su disposición para conseguir los objetivos de distribución, facturación y rentabilidad dentro del canal HORECA para el mercado nacional.

***Funciones**:
En dependencia directa de la Dirección Comercial para el mercado nacional, serás el máximo responsable y “embajador” de la Organización delante de las grandes cuentas asignadas (distribuidores) así como del nexo de comunicación entre éstas y la Compañía; implementando y realizando el seguimiento de su Política Comercial
definida.

Entre otras funciones también deberás realizar su “Plan Account”; la negociación de la plantilla comercial anual con cada uno de tus clientes y negociar su actividad comercial (surtidos, promociones, precios, ofertas ); gestionándola con la máxima precisión sin modificar la política comercial y trabajando en la captación de nuevos clientes.

También realizarás junto a Trade Marketing, el seguimiento presupuestario por cliente de sus ventas y de su rentabilidad, así como de las medidas correctoras, etc.
Para ello trabajarás bajo tu responsabilidad, con un equipo comercial.

***Requisitos**:
Pensamos en un/a profesional con formación adecuada a la posición valorándose con una formación complementada haciendo énfasis en Técnicas de Venta, Negociación y Marketing) y con una sólida experiência (mínimo 5 años) en departamentos comerciales de una PIME (distribuidor y/o mayorista) o bien en una
división comercial para el mercado nacional de una gran empresa (NAM / KAM) siempre en el canal HORECA. Asimismo deberás aportar experiência en la gestión de personas, en la captación y desarrollo de nuevos clientes, en la gestión de presupuestos, venta y marketing de marcas comerciales consolidadas. Es imprescindible el dominio de la lengua catalana, valorando un buen nível de la lengua inglesa (B2). Disponibilidad para viajar y carné de conducir “B” así como un excelente nível de MS Office (PPoint y Excel) son obligatorios.

Deberá tratarse de una persona emprendedora, organizada y con iniciativa, polivalente en sus funciones, orientada al trabajo por objetivos y a resultados; al cliente (interno y externo), con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación y al trabajo en equipo (“hands on”).
