**Responsibilities**:
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:
- As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
- Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers
- Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets
- Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
- Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
Skills and Experience

- Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Tenacity and resilience to work through challenging business needs.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, any other language is an asset.
- Exceptional organization skills and close attention to detail.
- Outstanding Result-Orientation, actively seeking for business opportunities keeping in mind the company's objectives.
- Knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel
