**JOB DESCRIPTION**

** **As a member of the accounts team, you will work with our current clients, helping them with their existing campaigns and being ready to offer them the exact service they may need at any particular moment based on your market knowledge. You will also work to close new deals by taking care of the several contact requests we receive each day.

**To have residence in Cyprus is an asset.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**

** **Managing inbound client partnership requests.

**Managing several advertising accounts.

** **Increasing the number of clients.

** **Analysis and optimization of online campaigns.

** **Ensuring on-time delivery and monitoring the correct functionality of your client´s campaigns.

** **Collecting customer feedback and sharing findings with the team.

** **Owning a rigorous _‘test and learn_’ methodology.

** **Proposing new ideas in order to find new business channels for the agency.

** **Coordinate internally with the services teams to reach excellence in client service.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

** **A self-starter with a positive attitude and partnership mindset.

** Full proficiency in English is a must. Spanish and Greek are a plus.

** **Familiarity with online marketing language and tools such as GAM, Salesforce, CPM, CTR, etc.

** **Basic knowledge inSalesforce CRM and Google Ad Manager (add server)

** Previous experience in FX and financial markets is a plus.

** Detail-oriented and punctual with deadlines.

** Efficient with time and responsibilities.

** Must be proficient in working with customer relationship management online marketing campaigns.

** Must be extremely responsive and sensitive to client's needs.

** Be independent and self-confident at work.
