POSTE

We are currently looking for a Clienteling and Events Assistant, for our Client Development team based in Madrid HO, and giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey).

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

STORES SUPPORT

Client Analytics and Insights (CRM)
- Implementation of tools and actions required regarding Client Development,
- Perform database reporting and analysis to support the store clienteling objectives. Extract strategic insights to support a multichannel marketing campaign including personalized client communications and actions,
- Run Monthly analysis linked to Client Development & analysis on specific product launches and store projects, analyze trend, understand purchasing patterns and report on key performance indicators,
- Build reporting to understand performance vs. our objectives at the regional, store and client advisor level,
- Perform different analyses leveraging our CRM database to identify new opportunities to develop clients,
- Customer database update,
- Follow-up of Birthday lists with the stores to anticipate the organization of invites & gifts orders for clients,
- Support the Client Development Director in the delivery of strategy, programs and messages.

In store animation
- Follow-up of events happening in stores, and related orders,
- In SAP, creation and management of purchase orders: restaurant invites, food & beverages, gifts.

EVENTS/STORES OPENINGS
- Preparation & support on international events, exceptional events and Client experiences,
- Coordination of the events: staff, orders, organization, relation with suppliers, clients invites,
- Follow-up: help with the preparation of everyday reports on the event to be sent to Paris HQ,
- Seasonal stores openings: animation & coordination.

PROFIL

**EXPECTED ATTITUDES & SKILLS**
- Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of Agenda and priorities,
- Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proven ability to deliver results,
- Trust and integrity,
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills,
- MS Office proficiency (particularly Power Point & Excel),
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, agility to adapt to changes,
- Strong communication skills and easily connects with others,
- Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment,
- Strong translation skills,
- Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory, French is a plus.
