Position Overview

Are you a motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager, enthusiastic about diving into the world of marketing while building bridges to sales, customer success, internal product, and operations? If yes, READ ON You may be a great fit for Autodesk's Worldwide Marketing Business Operations Team.

As a Program Manager, you will lead programs and projects that shape the way Worldwide Marketing delivers value to internal and external customers. From enabling our COO Organization's Operating Model to defining and delivering cross-functional go-to-market readiness plans, you will be a critical partner in ensuring we deliver on Worldwide Marketing's strategic and foundational business objectives.

You will report to the Marketing Business Operations Manager and work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage marketing-driven initiatives that have cross-functional impact and require cross-functional stakeholder management and coordination
- Quickly comprehend requirements and define and manage tactical plans, operational metrics, and stakeholders to meet those requirements
- Break down silos to leverage ideas and solutions from across the business
- You will manage stakeholders' expectations
- Highlight tradeoffs, and ensure that employee and customer experience are top of mind when making decisions
- Work with GTM teams using the existing technology stack and operational processes in creative ways to deliver desired capabilities
- Interface with internal product organizations to ensure that there is understanding between technical development and business needs
- Develop and refine processes to ensure efficient execution
- Manage status updates & reporting related to initiative ownership

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of work experience with combined exposure to sales and marketing program or project management, in SaaS / Cloud environment
- Proficient in all aspects of managing global programs including change management, process definition, enablement, and implementation
- Experience in demand generation, lead management, campaign management, marking systems and marketing data
- Proficient in sales processes and systems (account management, opportunity management, forecasting)
- Curiosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in
- Proven track record of being able to rally diverse stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Ability to dive into details to drive execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy
- By prioritizing work and coordinating required support across various functions to achieve project goals and objectives
- Analytical and data-driven. Adept at using business insights to inform and educate others on opportunities
- Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams
- Able to travel as required (less than 25%)
