We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc. giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.

We are a Barcelona based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin and Paris and soon we will conquer some more cities across Europe

Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, the next year will be a critical phase in our growth as we look to further build out our team and expand into multiple new markets. We have successfully raised a Series A investment round that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe.

**Role |**:
We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role you will oversee the home transformation process of new apartments in Barcelona managing the projects´ budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of each project, whilst meeting Ukio´s quality standards. We are a new start-up, so you’ll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

**Responsibilities |**:

- Oversee internal and external suppliers involved in the home transformation process
- Work cross functionally across Ukio departments including Design, Supply Chain, Revenue and Guest operations enforcing a smooth process, communication and information flow
- Ensure the basic functional operation of apartments before Guest Ready date including electricity, gas, water, insurance and internet
- Manage efficient allocation of team´s time and resources
- Manage and coordinate with third party service providers (i.e. plumbing, electricians, house cleaning, painters, carpenters etc.)
- Provide data-driven recommendations and process improvements to drive higher operational efficiency, customer service, and quality of stays

**About you |**:

- You have 2+ years of operational and/or customer service experience in hospitality/vacation rental industry
- Significant project management experience while working under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling customer service issues
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) required
- Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
- Confident with working in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
