Our software is developed in our main offices in Barcelona, Spain, where a team of more than 50 people of 14 different nationalities works continuously to improve SonoSuite and add new features, staying on top of the latest developments in the Digital Music Business.

**What you will do?**
The ideal **SDR** is a persevering and focused professional, who will partner with the Business Development team to feed our sales funnel to qualify and engage potential new customers within the Brazilian market for Sonosuite.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the **Sales Development Representative** will be in charge of the following:
Main duties (80%):
- Utilize the CRM system to document interactions. Deliver sales presentations, pitches, and estimates to grow the customer base.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target by up-selling and cross-selling.
Complementary tasks (20%):
- Review the translation will be done for all commercial documentation.
- Proper and constant research of our competition, in all aspects - features, user communication, business moves, strategy, market coverage. Maintain a well-updated document to always know our location and improve our Brazilian market placement. Explore new possibilities, manage external projects with third parties; check new technologies.

**Sonosuite is looking for a talented and ambitious SDR with**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both spoken and written.
- A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Native level of Portuguese and a highly proficient English speaker is essential, other languages will be considered favorably.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and workflows.
- You live in Spain, preferably in Barcelona.
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
- Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.
