We provide a platform for talent agencies to manage and promote their creators more effectively, helping them close deals faster, manage and share their rosters more efficiently, and keep track of their creators' content and growth. We're a young, dynamic SaaS startup, and we're looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team.

**Role**:
We're looking for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) with a knack for connecting with potential clients and booking demo meetings. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Lead Generation: Use your skills and our tools to find and reach out to potential leads.
- Qualification: Determine if the leads fall into our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Identify their needs and gather their contact information.
- Booking Meetings: Engage with these leads through effective communication and book demo meetings for our sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in lead generation and sales development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
