Job Summary:
Drive sales and distribution management for hospital products/ segment within the region of Spain & Portugal (IBERIA REGION). The job location will be in Spain, ideally in the Madrid area. You will report to the Regional Manager for Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and contribute to growing sales in the region of Spain and Portugal.
- Distribution Management, supporting their sales reps and visiting end - customers.
- Develop and implement sales, clinical and marketing strategy to maximize revenue and profit potential in the hospital market segment.
- Build on the strong market presence already established and further strengthen ZOLL’s reputation in the market as a premium supplier with a strong reputation for leading edge technology and high customer satisfaction
- Develop strong working relationships with Distributors, Key Opinion Leaders and end customers in the Spanish and Portuguese market
- Compile and deliver order and sales forecasts, experience in CRM tools will be valued.
- Make effective contribution to overall strategic direction of Distribution

Experience Required
- Minimum experience of 8 Years within Direct and/or Indirect sales management
- Medical sales and Experience in managing Distribution network
- Market development experience
- Highly specified/premium-priced products
- Experience in selling premium products will be valued
- Experience in working for a growth company
- Fluency in Spanish and English
