**Requirements**:
3+ years of successful sales experience in network-related IT business
Knowledge of sales techniques, approaches, and channels
Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results
Excellent market research skills.
Good communication & negotiations skills
English Native Speaker
**Would be a plus**:
Experienced in different types of Contracting (Dedicated, Time & Material, Fixed Price)
Experience working with the Global Market.
**Responsibility**:
Creating a Client’s profile and keeping it up-to-date
Cover all of the stages within the sales cycle:
- Outbound prospecting.
- leads generation, communication with the prospect clients
- closing the deals and supporting clients during project execution.
Participation in preparing Sales goals, product positioning strategy
Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Hold meetings, negotiations, presentations, preparation of commercial proposals
Use of active and passive clients engaging channels (messengers, social services, etc.), mailing strategy development.
CRM maintaining and support of contracts with customers.
Can sell “conceptually” and possesses the demonstrable ability to translate Commvault offerings into perceived business benefits. Furthermore, to have a good working knowledge of business issues and how to develop solutions to solve them.
