We are looking for an **Sales Manager **that will assume responsibility for leading a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Reps in the European market, with the opportunity to grow the team to new heights. The teams are responsible for managing the new business portfolio of leading security Software Vendor, targeting the SMB market. As an ISM you will be expected to run an operationally efficient team, manage performance, and mentor team members to achieve both personal and team sales goals of half a million per year.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join us on a **hybrid setup** as part of our Barcelona Hub, on behalf of one of the world's leading security software vendor. We offer **EUR** **85,000 OTE** (**uncapped **commissions), excellent career progression to regional sales manager Target start date is on first quarter of 2023.

**As a successful Sales Manager you will be required to**:

- **Sell a topnotch security software for a Tier 1 tech vendor.**:

- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to help them reach their potential; grow top performers to the field
- Manage pipeline and track key performance indicators to exceed goals
- Provide consistent feedback and performance management against quota to team members
- Evaluate past performance and forecast future business to senior leadership and external partners
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management, and team collaboration.
- Achieve a new business quota of €780,000
- Average deal size €130,000
- Maximize performance, conversion rates, working smarter, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue
- Own the throughput of your teams' efficiency and output working through pipeline management.

Help your team to work with a virtual team to build direct relationships with end-user organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory by:

- Increase customer retention rate
- Increase brand/market share
- Increase awareness of solutions and vision within partner community
- Hunger and ability to generate new business
- Develop accounts that will bring incremental revenue
- Develop partners that will bring additional revenue
- Increase coverage of focus segments in local market

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Excellent level in German with very good English

- 3+ years as Inside Sales Manager or similar
- Demonstrable experience in succeeding in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
- Track record of driving sales performance
- Experienced in ‘Managing by the numbers with a consistent track record of exceeding daily/weekly activities
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Customer-first mentality and approach
- Experience in sales forecasting is highly desirable
- Consistent record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor
- Deep knowledge of automation platforms and CRM, specifically Salesforce
