At Mindojo, we're revolutionizing education with our adaptive platform used by leading test-prep courses such as Bloomberg Exam Prep. We've just launched a cutting-edge app offering a suite of learning games for the millions of kids in Spain learning English as a second language (ESL).

As our Regional Business Development Manager / Affiliate Partner in Spain, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach, striking B2B and B2G deals, and fostering beneficial partnerships within the region.

We offer a contract role. With our flexible work environment, you can operate from any location within Spain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and increase the number of outbound activities to schedule meetings with potential clients/partners, negotiate, and close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the region.
- Focus on B2B/B2G deals for our English learning product for kids/schools and/or our AI e-learning platform.
- Developing positive relationships with key client decision-makers in Spain.
- Collaborate closely with product and project managers.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of prospects.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of achieving business and sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at various levels of management.
- Excellent presentation skills to articulate our value proposition effectively. Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
- General tech savviness.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.

**Job Types**: Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 1,000.00€ per month
