As an Inside Sales Representative, you will propose our client’s product and service portfolio to end users and manage the process from quotes to booked orders.

**What you'll experience at Webhelp**
You will find, qualify and close opportunities in the end-user market segment, working with both inbound leads and pro-active sales activities. Together with a passionate team of sales professionals you will engage with clients and decision-makers.
- As an Inside Sales Representative in our team, you will:
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for assigned End User accounts.
- Works toward quarterly revenue targets in assigned region and End User accounts.
- Create, update, and execute on Account Plans for your accounts.
- Focus on driving new business through your pipeline; converting opportunities to won deals and driving qualified leads to opportunity.
- Using the Regional Sales Lead’s strategy; make sure that account plans and engagement activities are aligned with product, services and marketing offers.
- Make sure that sales quotes are managed within our Service Level Agreement, from quote creation to Purchase Order, and order booked.
- Take a leading role in the on-boarding of new hires.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Have native-level or have full business proficiency in Dutch, with very good level of French (C1 or above). You are also fluent in English.
- Have at least 3 years of related experience, such as business development, inside sales account management, technology sales or similar.
- Can show track record of sales success, strong selling capabilities and an ability to process and retain large amounts of information.
- Have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to influence at all levels within an account.
